Refund and Returns Policy

At Tirtha Enterprises, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled or refunded.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
  • To request cancellation, please contact us with your order details.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are applicable only if the product is:
    • Damaged during delivery
    • Defective
    • Incorrect item delivered
  • Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with images or videos of the product.

Refund Process

  • Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (via Razorpay).

Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Delay caused by courier services
  • Product damage due to misuse or mishandling

Replacement Policy

  • Replacements will be provided for eligible products subject to stock availability.
  • If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
