Refund and Returns Policy

At Tirtha Enterprises, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the conditions under which orders may be cancelled or refunded.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- To request cancellation, please contact us with your order details.
Refund Policy
- Refunds are applicable only if the product is:
- Damaged during delivery
- Defective
- Incorrect item delivered
- Customers must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery along with images or videos of the product.
Refund Process
- Once your request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (via Razorpay).
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after delivery
- Incorrect address provided by the customer
- Delay caused by courier services
- Product damage due to misuse or mishandling
Replacement Policy
- Replacements will be provided for eligible products subject to stock availability.
- If replacement is not available, a refund will be initiated.
